RETURNS
We accept returns only within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Not have any stains, marks, damage, alterations or signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, assist you with the appropriate resolution.
REFUNDS
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns will not be accepted for products that:

Have been worn, washed or used

Have been altered or damaged after delivery

Are missing original tags or packaging

Show signs of makeup, stains, perfume or other marks

Are returned after the 48-hour return window
EXCHANGES
MAINIKA currently does not offer exchanges.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
CASH ON DELIVERY
MAINIKA does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.
