Mainika is a contemporary fashion label created for every version of you — from everyday moments to nights out and everything in between.
2. What is the Debut Edit?
The Debut Edit is Mainika’s first collection, unfolding across three moods — Escapism, Ease & Allure.
3. When is Mainika officially launching?
Mainika’s official launch is on 10 October.
4. Can I shop Mainika before the official launch?
Yes. Our pre-launch is currently live, giving you early access to the Debut Edit before the official launch.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
5. How can I place an order?
You can shop directly through our website during the pre-launch. Select your favourite piece, choose your size and add it to your bag. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment online.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently offer prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
7. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation on your registered email address.

8. When will my pre-launch order be shipped?
Pre-launch orders will begin shipping from 5 October.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via your registered email or phone number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
